Chick-fil-A

This was the best chick fil a that I have never been. They took my order at the table. The staff was very professional and courteous. Everything was very clean, a great place to stop when traveling. Easy location. The food came out hot and fresh.

Well unlike most I am not a big fan of fried chicken but did enjoy the chicken here. When you introduced the grilled Chicken nuggets I became hooked. Always with a side salad. This is not the first time I have had issues with the quality of the salad or food but always believe in always trying because there are always times where things and people can be off. This evening was the worst experience I have ever had. We went to the Waterloo IA location. I ordered my usual. When the oder came the nuggets were fried. Yes we all make mistakes but the attention was directed to the drive through customer now the few that dined in. Two bites into my significant other eating his meal he went to go get my order corrected and by the time he returned his meal was cold. I proceeded to ten pick apart the

Chick-Fil-A is awesome!!! The food is great!!! The staff never makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. The restaurant is clean and so are the facilities. A LOT of restaurants could take lessons from this place... looking at ALL of you McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Taco John's, Arby's, AND KFC.

They lost the ticket to my catering order which resulted in me being late for a business meeting. They did their best to rush the food but kind of a bummer. It felt kind of like they forgot about it because nothing was said when I checked in but then I checked back 10 minutes later and it was “lost”.
