Chick-fil-A

We love Chickfila. It’s clean and very busy I would like to say thank you to Ms. Nijah a beautiful young lady. She’s very attentive to guests and it’s my first time seeing an employee help everybody especially being on top of everything including cleaning the area right away and helping people who wants to use the rest room (it has a code).

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location. The customer service was extremely poor and far from the friendly service this brand is usually known for. The Cashier, bumped into my shoulder while speaking to me. It felt rude and unnecessary asking me to leave since they don’t have dinning room available. (? Lol there’s literally tons of space there. Customer service should be polite, respectful, and attentive, and unfortunately that was not the case during this visit. I get it’s fast food but still very rude and giving an attitude since i ask her to remove pickles from my sandwich. Had to eat on the street, very disappointed.

I’m giving this place one star because my experience was absolutely disgusting. The front-of-house staff had an attitude from the moment I walked in, acting like helping customers was an inconvenience. When I finally got my spicy chicken sandwich, it looked so nasty and suspicious that it genuinely looked like someone had spit on it. At that point, I couldn’t even bring myself to take a single bite. I normally never leave reviews, but people need to be warned about how this location treats customers and handles food. Based on what I experienced, I would tell anyone reading this to stay far away from this Chick-fil-A—there are much better places to spend your money and actually be respected.

I hate to be the one to post this , but it’s been a long time coming. This has happened to be several times me however today I had to take a picture. These fries look like someone ate out of them before they were given to me. Now Chick-fil-A has made it where I always absolutely have to check my fries because it seems like they care if you don’t receive the full value of your money that you spent! The first pic is the fries that were given to me and the second pic is the REPLACEMENT fries. Smh

Who knew ice could be this good? Chick-fil-A seriously has the BEST ice — perfectly crunchy, tiny nuggets that make every drink taste colder and better. I find myself finishing the drink just so I can enjoy the ice at the end! It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference. If you know, you know. 👌🧊
