Worst Chick-fil-a ever. Always slow but tonight just waited 20 minutes for 2 cookies & a sweet tea. Update…went back for breakfast and was it was burnt/dry. Not sure why I continue to do this to myself. The managers are just as bad as the employees. Every time I’ve been inside, they are literally standing around talking. If you watch it for a bit, it’s actually quite comical as the manager is there chiming in with them. Oblivious to the customers around. I’m all about finding some happiness in the work place but you have to take care of the customers first. Management 101 there. It’s just not the typical Chick fil a service or food that you’re used to from this name. My husband ordered chick minis, let the box show how they came to us. One was even missing the bread. PSA. cold fries always. The staff is always screwing up orders in drive thru. they will repeat your order correctly back to u but still screw it up somehow ALL THE TIME. The pattern of incompetence in completing orders successfully is showing that staff need better training. With so many of them there it's like everyone relies on everyone else to do quality control so therefore, I believe it's not really happening. Also it is literally solely just the Warwick Chick Fil A. No other CFA has ever been so bad for me. this is a PSA. I will not be choosing business here anymore. Maybe the franchisee opening up the CFA next to the movie theater will have a better running ship. I like eating breakfast inside because it is quiet so that is a win. Ones in Florida in Sanford and Viera,Fl seem to taste better and chocolate chip cookies in Florida they warm up, Massuuchettes they don’t and food don’t taste as good? Wish they put one in R.I. at Smithfield commons in old pizzeria uno? That would be great? Problem with pizzeria uno the sauce take like stewed tomatoes which is icky?

I have no issues with the food but ever since the reopening I have been a handful of times. Every single time there is not a single table open and I have to take my order to go. Before renovation I never had an issue with this. There is not enough seating.

Extremely stupid to have an ordering app, you place an order before the ending of breakfast. Usually means I’m on my way to pick up, the time should not matter. I understand wanting the meal to taste fresh, but anyone picking up is aware of the way things work. Placed an order at 10:20am arrived at 10:36am to pick up and was told we stop serving at 10:30am. Even though the order was placed at 10:20am which is time stamped. What a damn waste and then to get stuck in the line for another 15 minutes!
