I just had a fantastic experience today thanks to Josh! He guided me through the mobile app at the drive-thru with such ease, making everything smooth and straightforward. When I ran into an issue, Josh jumped right in to resolve it quickly. What impressed me the most was how apologetic he was, even though the problem wasn’t his fault. His professionalism and genuine concern really stood out. I can't thank him enough for turning a potentially frustrating situation into a pleasant one! Highly recommend this location. Great job Josh!!

On Wed 12/5/25 Chick-fil-A Hosted a family night dinner with Santa. It was well organized and the space clean. My granddaughter and niece had a blast. I'd like to acknowledge 3 of the staff members who went over and beyond by making sure my family and I were ok. Thank you Mr. Ernest, Mrs. Nicki and Mrs. Beth Anne! I ordered a kale salad recently , mind you I haven’t eaten it in months. I was so mad from the first bite. It had a rancid taste. Unfortunately, this is my second encounter where the food tastes weird so I won’t be eating it for myself anymore. Maybe a milkshake or something but no food

This was my 3rd time at a Chick-Fil-A. The staff had to be the most courteous people I've ever met. My order was hot & fresh! Will frequent this location again

While I love eating from Chick-Fil-A, I never understood why did they bother building this one when there's literally another Chick-Fil-A just down the 301 highway's street over at 3365 Crain Hwy, Waldorf, MD 20603 within the same area. 🤷 It's like pulling a McDonald's move how its branch can be seen every few miles or at every other location.
