Chick-fil-A

I mean it's Chick-fil-A! What can you say wrong right? The customer service is clearly always spectacular and that's why we continue to go. They're the only fast food place that I know of that has an indoor play park like when I was a kid that I can take my kids to! So that is a big part of going and if other places did that they would get a lot more business too I'm sure of it. It looks very cleanly in there. The food is always good. Always pretty quick. I like that for the kids meal instead of getting the toy you can ask for an ice cream instead and hold off on it if you're eating in until you're ready for it for the child. Or yourself! I get delivery from here quite often and dine in and never had a bad experience thus far.

I've been to tons of Chick-fil-A locations, and let me tell you, none of the other places compare! The staff actually come over to ask how the food is, which really made me realize that this place offers an exceptional level of service and top-notch quality. It's such a refreshing experience!

Food and service are always superb. The only reason why I'm putting one star is to Garner attention. It's under 40° out, you have the intercom system for a reason. Let your employees stay inside. Outdoor heaters or not, these poor kids are out here teeth chattering while my dashboard reads 31°.

Got here at 6:20am to get some breakfast because according to their hours listed online, they opened at 6am. Sat at the drive through and repeatedly stated “hello??” No answer. Drove around to see staff members inside so decided to go back through the drive through - the outcome was the same. Decided to park instead & attempt to go inside. The doors were locked. I’ve never had this experience at any other chick fil a in Hampton roads. This is unacceptable. Please do better!! I wasted 12 minutes, just for you guys to not follow your own business hours. Tacky!! I’ve always held Chick fil a to a higher standard that I now have to question.

Went thru drive thru, my wait was short and the food was warm and good. Love the chicken bowl for breakfast, just enough. The young lady that helped us was very pleasant.
