The fries are always incredibly salty. Like I can see the salt from a mile away. The service is horrid. The workers call out names while you are standing face to face trying to get your food. They sometimes stand there talking and not handing orders out. I’ve never seen a Chick Fil A worse than this. They have now forgotten my cookie four times now. Only once did I notice before going back, when I asked for one, they had the audacity to hand me an unwarmed cookie. They also forget sauce a lot when I order it with my meal. Sweet tea was almost clear one time and tasted like sugar water. They didn’t change the tea bag. Long story short, if you don’t have meal swipes. DONT waste your time.
The food tasted great the wait is long but of course cause it a college campus location and is one of the places that take its meal plan. There’s more rushes than a normal chick fella it’s gonna take time to make each order they are human. If u don’t want a the wait and u don’t have a meal plan go to another one!
It’s a pattern at this location that they’ll say your order is ready on GrubHub when it actually isn’t. Food is standard Chick-fil-a, but service needs work.
They're not closed but they're clearly not trying to keep people coming back. My food cold. Probably because it was held hostage long past being "READY" on the text alert and order number display. This delay was intentional so that a manager could bring it out the side door, continue to hold it and not hand over the food I paid for, and waste my time complaining about the way I asked for no ice. I've had that request ignored at this location multiple times before, I don't think making the message longer was unwarranted. However, I do find the manager's actions unprofessional and believe she is setting a bad example for other employees. Overall, I've had good experiences with other Chick-fil-A locations. Took over 25 minutes for a small order. After 10 mins I got a text claiming my order was ready, but it wasn't (showed on the TV that my order was ready too). They said it would be out soon and 15 minutes went by until it was out. Super unorganized.
