Chick-fil-A

I’d like to say I’m a bit of a cookie connoisseur. And I work in the mall, so my go to for the last 5+ years has been a chocolate chip cookie from Chick Fil A. Warm and gooey, my fav! Unfortunately after the recent change in ownership, the cookies are dry, old, and cold. I’ve tried different days on different weeks, no luck. My memories are all i have left to experience the goodness of a chick fil a cookie mid shift. They also stopped delivering to mall employees, which is so disappointing! I hope the new owner sees this and understands the severity of the cookie situation, and maybe reconsiders delivering to mall employees again (more profit, why not?)

Always slow. Always getting orders wrong. And for heavens sake don't tell them they forgot something. This is the worst chick fil a ever. We will go to the other places in the mall to eat. The staff is walking around aimlessly. This must be a store where all the new people train, because they never know what is happening. You will watch your food sit there for 10 mins before someone has the idea to look at the screen.

Insanely busy as usual, but I didn't mind the wait as I dont spoil myself with chick fil a very often. I decided to just go in and order my take out because I had to use the restroom facilities anyway. It took maybe ten minutes to get through the order line. Maybe another 15 to get my 30 pack of nuggies. But there was a few people in there that had ordered online and they were really upset at their almost 45 minute waits. The manager was apologetic and gave them gift cards to make it right. After getting my nugs, I headed to my car to munch on them on my drive home. I don't know what happened to chick fil a nugs but these were a little darker and saltier than I remember. I ate on them for three days and probably threw away the last 10 or 12. This location is better off closing than trying to fix what’s wrong with it anymore. Constantly untrained staff. Constantly terrible quality with an inability to get a single order completed in a timely fashion. You will struggle to find a worse preforming staff in all of fast food let alone a Chick-fil-A which is supposed to be “better” just go to the main st. Location they actually know how to operate when busy.

They messed up our DoorDash order twice. First time, they forgot to include the sauces which is no big deal. Second time, they gave us regular sandwiches with two skimpy pickles when we ordered deluxe. I’m very disappointed as Chick-Fil-A is my favorite fast food place.
