I’m so impressed with the staff at Edwardsville’s location. After a small mistake was made with my order, the workers went above and beyond to compensate. I can’t wait for my next visit!

I’m a regular but all of a sudden it was an issue with getting a military discount never been an issue before and I always present the id. Now my husband has to be present. Either you have a policy or you don’t. If you do make sure all your staff is following. It shouldn’t be ok one min but not the next. PETTY!!

Robin and dining staff were awesome!! Above 5 more like 10! We were newbies but will b back!! They made our great grandson’s birthday special. See u all soon! And the coffee is as great….and the banana pudding shake was a 10 too!! Thx

Didn't realize it was located in a college food court before gps-ing directions. Wish the physical description provided was accurate and more telling. Either way, we arrive with 23 collegiate athletes and received our food in a timely manner, but the service was beyond HORRIBLE! There were two (2) ladies working both registers. We proceed to inform both ladies that we will be covering all 23 meals. I get that it was 5:30pm on a Saturday and I get that it was a lot of orders to take, but that is no excuse to be as rude as one of the women were. The other lady was nice and pleasant. The younger of the two should be terminated. We didn't appreciate her passive aggressive behaviors and overall negative attitude. She was cutting people off during ordering, not answering questions about the menu

I've been going here since 2020 and in the last year, they've started saying more and more that the ice cream machine is down, and shakes are unavailable. It's a good Chick-fil-A, but I don't feel like the shake machine has suddenly started repeatedly failing. If this happens again, I'll reduce this to a 2-star or 1-star review.
