Chick-fil-A

This is really the only spot I get food on campus. And I usually just get the nuggets since they’re easy to eat while studying. On a regular day, the nuggets always take long. But today, for whatever reason, the guy decided to give me the grilled ones. You’d think when someone just says nuggets, they mean the regular ones and not grilled. Goofy

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. I knew something was off when the cashier poured my lemonade from a container that was shaped like a milk carton NOT from the fountain. Then when picking up my order I noticed my fries had been replaced with hash browns. When I confronted the staff all I was told was they were out fries so they had replaced them with hash browns ALL WITHOUT telling me. Lastly when I bit into the chicken sandwich it was clearly undercooked and stale. You would think that chick-fil-a would have great service but unfortunately this one is a rotten egg in a sea of golden chickens.

Today I waited 30 minutes for my food and took three seconds to look in the bag and noticed that forgot my fries and sauce. I paid over $16 for it and when I told him, he asked for a receipt. It’s my mistake that I threw it away and it wouldn’t have been a problem if all he said was that there was nothing they could do without a receipt. The issue is that he said “we remembered putting the fries in” basically accusing me of taking the fries out of the bag. The fact that this happened is infuriating. Not only did I pay for a meal and got only 2/3 of something I waited half an hour for but I was even accused of lying about not getting fries when I returned to the counter a split second after checking my bag. Tell me, how much time does it take to remove an entire carton of fries in front of

Super slow, even when it’s basically empty. Rude employees and the sandwich filets are obviously thinned out.

I asked for poweraid and I was told they didn't have any poweraid available. I was quite dissapointed, until I looked to my left where the guy at the neighboring register was pouring poweraid for another customer. It seems the workers here are too lazy to walk 5 feet to the drink fountains. Sad!
