We usually have a good experience at any Chick-fil-a. That why I am so disappointed. We waited for 5 minutes to order, no one in line ahead of us, we went to sit with the little plastic thing. After about 10 minutes I went to see if there was a problem, the male manager was in the line corral talking with a woman. Our food was sitting on the counter getting cold. The young lady saw me and brought me the food. Back at the table my wife’s sandwich had pepper jack not Colby Jack, back to the front. 2 more minutes, 4 more minutes waiting for the sandwich to be remade. The cheese was not even melting. She took the cheese off and ate it anyway, my food was cold by now. Very disappointed. I believe it is a failure of the manager on duty to lead. I hope the franchise owner sees this! On my way ou

The cleanliness of the restroom goes to show that leaders and the team of this location do care to provide the outmost experience, even for a fast food joint. Seen such well kept washroom definitely made up for having a "meh" meal.

I ordered a Grilled Chicken meal. After leaving, I noticed a hair on my sandwich. I returned to the location and told them about it. The manager on duty, a young, skinny African American female, apologized for the mistake and replaced my order and provided me with complimentary cards towards my next purchase. They remade my sandwich on a buttered bun instead of multigrain like advertised. I didn’t make a fuss about it because I needed to eat something and didn’t care to go back a second time. I tried using the complimentary chicken meal card she provided and was told that I couldn’t by the same location because I didn’t have “proof” i.e. my receipt. I told them that had I known that I would’ve kept the receipt. I also informed them that I didn’t understand why she’d give me a complimentar

I ordered on the app with mobile pickup. Granted it was around 9:30pm, I ordered 4 meals. 3 with sprites. The sprites had no flavor, flat & more CO2. No one can tell me that they knew the sprite was undrinkable. What a disappointment, as well gave me an award for 3 sprites. What if I don't want sprite after this incident. Couldn't even enjoy the meal without the drink. Do better chik fila....

I arrived 8:12 pm at this Chik-fil-A on 4435 Hugh Howell in Tucker,Ga went in drive through. The line was not long. Place my order waiting at the door to get my order, by now its 8:35 still no order. I notice an employee young girl she had on gloves but she was playing in her head then scratches her head and continue to put the food in bags with that same hand she just scratched her head with. I called a young girl to my car to tell her the girl was scratching her head and still putting food into bags..the young lady spoke to the girl I seen the girl leave and come back then shouted at me.."You can stop looking at me I changed my gloves" with an attitude in her voice..
