Chick-fil-A

Visited Chick-fil-A Superior and tried the pretzel spicy chicken sandwich. Honestly, it felt pretty normal—nothing extraordinary compared to the hype. The chicken tenders, however, were quite good—crispy and flavorful. The waffle fries were the highlight of the meal, perfectly salted and addictive. I also tried the limited-edition Sprite Cherry Berry; refreshing and fun to try once, but not something I’d crave again.

I chose their drive through order option only to learn in the process that they wouldn't prepare my order before I got there!? The whole point of a pre-order takeout order is to be able to grab it and go! When I questioned the process to the person delivering my order she said that it was to ensure my order was fresh. Then why have drive-through pre-orders? Meanwhile, while I am sitting there people several people in the regular drive-through order line got their orders ahead of me. Chick-fil-A wants to tell you how you can have your food as well as live your life. I've learned my lesson and will only go to Popeye's going forward. I don't have to wait there AND the sandwich is better too.

Chick-fil-A doesn’t let you down! I preferred it when they didn’t marinate their chicken, but that’s my only complaint. And apparently I liked it enough to finish my order! Hot and fresh and ready in minutes. For fast food you can’t ask for better!

I want to recognize your employee Clarissa (sp). She greeted me at 6:30am with a smile. She was so pleasant at that early hour and made me feel welcome. She checked several times to make sure my order was moving along which I appreciated. She was pleasantly engaging and we had a great conversation while I waited for my order. Very disappointing experience. Chick-fil-A is known for great customer service, but this location completely missed the mark. Courtney the (Manager) was inattentive and unprofessional, and my concerns were brushed off instead of being addressed. The overall attitude felt rushed and dismissive, which made the experience frustrating rather than welcoming. For the brand that prides itself on service, this was unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
