Nice, vibrant atmosphere near the food court of FGCU and gotta love the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich!

Kinda packed and only like half the menu, but still good

I've been coming here way too often for my own good simply because of how good the food is and how great the customer service is up front. The managers and leads are amazing, and sometimes the workers take an extra step to improve your experience if you make the effort to just talk to them. Also don't get me started on the milkshakes..

I love the food at Chick-fil-A as it is but I am grateful there is one on campus and that it's part of the school's meal plan. I've been eating here all semester and have had a great experience so far. The staff is very polite and usually quite fast though it can get a little backed up around 3 o'clock. As another bonus they'll also start serving breakfast next semester.

Cashier was super rude. Walked up and didn’t even look at me just said “Name” and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Just kept being more and more rude as I ordered. I ordered a large meal and she rang me up didn’t say anything as I was about to pay she said she didn’t have a large cup and so I said okay that’s fine I’ll take whatever size you have. So she grabs it and I said it’s fine but I’m not paying for a large drink when your giving me a small. She said “well it’s only 40 cents more”. Continued to stare at me and was just super rude. I ended up paying for the large when I got a small because she just stared at me. Will not be going back if she is who I have to deal with, very rude.
