Today I placed my order through DoorDash and they had my dasher waiting almost 20 mins for my food. I called the store to see if there was an issue with my order very politely then then associate that I was speaking to asked “would you mind holding on for minute so I can see what’s going on.” I said sure, thank you. Thinking I would be put on hold but no she just hung up. I received my chicken sandwich with the meat looking uncooked. Overall bad experience

I order a salad. The chicken wasn’t even sliced, and I found a strip of plastic after mixing everything. That’s completely unacceptable. Really disappointed!

Always a reliable go-to for quick, tasty food and genuinely friendly service. The staff is consistently polite and efficient, and the food comes out fresh every time. I usually get the classic chicken strips and chicken sandwiches- both are crispy, juicy, and just really satisfying. The waffle fries are a must, they are actually the only fries I will eat (I love the half Toto have waffle ones) and their sauces are some of the best out there. Great place when you want fast food that has a lot of protein, always crispy, and you know is reliably good!

check your bag every time. they 100% forgot your sauce and if you made any modifications they didn't do them. and once you ask them for the sauce make sure they actually gave you the sauce you asked for because sometimes they just hand you a random one.
