Chick-fil-A

This Chick-fil-A location is horrible to say the least. I complained to corporate about three months ago regarding this location and the terrible terrible manager and nothing‘s been done. The establishment has only gotten worse. The manager has got to be the worst manager on this planet. She is very untrained and pretty clueless. Thought I’d give them another shot the other day & ordered a frosted coffee (figured how could they mess that up). It was barely even filled 3/4 of the way in the cup but of course they charged me full price. Chick-fil-A corporate needs to step in immediately because this location needs a huge training session. Anytime I pass it, it’s literally always empty and I understand why.

Chicken is really nasty. It’s tastes gamey! Not a bit crispy - like it hasn’t been cooked all the way through. Last time I ordered there was a blonde hair in the hash browns. I’ll never order from this location again!

The cashier Chelsea doesn’t care about the customer I told her I had a reward scanned my app it didn’t take it off I didn’t realize until I paid that I was charged for the free item that was on my reward ….there wasn’t a line for her to feel so rushed to get from in front of the register. She needs to be coached on having patient and listening to guest. Not just hurry up and take orders and get out of window 😑

This Chick-fil-A location truly stands out. The speed of service is impressive, and my order was accurate, which I really appreciate. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. The atmosphere was clean, organized, and pleasant, making it a great place to grab a meal whether you’re dining in or on the go. Consistently great customer service, definitely one of my favorite locations!

Handed the person at the drive thru exact change, she claims i didn't but I know for a fact I did but didnt have time to argue so I give her my card & she overcharged me by $5, didnt give me a receipt so I didn't know till I checked my account later. So the employee basically stole a total of $23 from me. Never going back to this crooked location again!!!!
