Ordered the breakfast bowl. Bowl wasn't even half full. Everything was cold, cheese wasn't even melted and chicken was overcooked.

I love this chickfilla location and I come here all the time but today was just not the day to come I guess. I got my food and the fries were AMAZING like always. I think went to go take a drink and I ordered coke but they gave me cherry coke and I just couldn’t bring myself to drink it so I had to give it to my boyfriend I was so so sad. I then went to go eat my chicken and it was so burnt it was hard to eat. It didn’t look like it because it was a super dark brown and I know sometimes they can be on the darker side when it comes to their breading but mine was definitely burnt that I couldn’t even eat it because it hurt my teeth to chew. I will say I’ve never had a bad experience till today and I was so sad because this is and will still be my favorite chickfilla location I was just so so

The manager, Mike, genuinely made my day. It has been a very, very long time since my favorite location has been open! He made the ordering process into an actual enjoyable experience. If I had gone to McDonald’s for my breakfast today, I would’ve been asked if that’s all I’m ordering before I had even been able to finish my sentence. A manager who maintains a positive and healthy environment breeds even happier and healthier employees and that absolutely rings true at this location. If I have the option, I will be choosing the mid Rivers Mall Drive location every single time!! SO happy you guys are back!

This location was recently remodeled but the drive thru line if you mobile order is painful. The 2 drive thru lanes are coned off so you can't switch lines. By the time you get to the employee there may be 6 cars on 1 side and none on the other but you can't switch lanes. All mobile orders are sent thru the same lane as regular orders. Really no point in even offering mobile order drive thru with this setup. They brought me my food quickly but I was still stuck in line behind several cars who weren't mobile order and they dont have a second lane to get out.

Keagan the front cashier did a great job of addressing customers and making sure they have what they need and she was very personable. Kate the manager was very easy to talk to and did an excellent job of making sure I had everything I paid for. Kate definitely set a great example
