I ordered a kale salad and it looked more like kale soup. I didn’t want nuts with my order and they put extra nuts. Management needs to step their game up. This is the worst chic fil a in ST LOUIS!

Great experience and delicious food. Location is easily accessible. From the drive thru ordering line to the cashier, all of the workers my husband and I encountered were friendly and polite. Overall, very good experience!

New location is great! The whole experience is top notch. Logan runs a tight ship and the employees seem to have a genuinely fun vibe. Update12/17/2025 Was DoorDashing and the whole crew here was great! Talisa made sure my customers order was correct while keeping a smile on and keeping an eye on the drive through. Absolutely amazing! Who gives raises??

Theenu confused me. And I ordered a sirloin steak medium rare. It appeared to be very well done and after taking a bite I realized that it was old and extremely dry. And the waiter was over bearing. He came and checked on us every ten mins it felt like, it made it slightly frustrated while trying to spend time and catch up with my brother who was visiting. I'll never go here to this particular spot ever again.

The restaurant was very clean, inside and out. Kim took our order, and brought us our food. She was great! I ordered the 4ct chicken tenders, and they were good, but kind of small.
