Incredible customer service—truly the best I’ve experienced in the 20+ locations I’ve visited. The staff went above and beyond, delivering a level of service that’s unmatched in the fast-food industry. Dining in was impressively fast, making the entire experience seamless and efficient. However, I couldn’t give 5 stars due to the unexpected amount of grease in my grilled nuggets. While the flavor was good, the grease overshadowed the quality I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Overall, very impressed, but hope to see some improvement in food preparation to match the exceptional service!

What an experience! Broadway meets Chick-fil-A! Our order was literally sung from start to finish, Rudy led the performance and the whole team joined in like a choir at the window. I was speechless. Hands down the most fun and memorable drive-thru experience I’ve ever had. Five stars all the way!

I ordered the kale crunch salad, received a few brown gooey pieces of kale and they forget the almonds. Also got a 12 piece nuggets, a few small half pieces counted as 12 nuggets. Plenty of chick fil a sauce. The mac n cheese was good. Service is pretty fast and friendly. Food gave me a tummy ache. But still gave 4 stars because it's the only fast food i eat and overall it's good.

My family seems to love it. Personally I think the food quality is poor. Good waffle fries. But if you are screwing up fries then it's time to throw in the towel.

Everything was great until we got to the dining room and it was like a highschool cafeteria. Teens roughhousing and pulling each other's pants down. I just wish the staff walking by would say something to them about it instead of quietly smiling. It was so loud in the dining area that I could barely hear my wife sitting across from me.
