Chick-fil-A

We stopped by around 6 PM on a Thursday, and it was very busy! The restaurant is fairly small inside, and the layout made things feel a bit chaotic. After placing our order, we weren’t sure where to go to pick it up. While there were signs for mobile order pickup, nothing clearly directed us to the right spot. There was an area off to the side where people kept approaching staff, but no one seemed to be receiving their food. Eventually, we realized a small counter near the registers was where orders were actually being handed out. It was definitely a bit confusing. Despite the crowd, our food was ready quickly and everything was hot and fresh. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. I had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A! The cashier, Ethan, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed right away. Despite them being incredibly busy, I got my order in less than 3 min. The food was absolutely delicious, and I was thrilled by the wide variety of sauce options—they even include jams and other unique choices, which was a pleasant surprise! On top of that, they're generous with their freebies, which is such a thoughtful touch. I also noticed the little free library, which adds such a charming and community-focused element. If you're dining with little ones, the cute playground for toddlers is a fantastic bonus. Overall, Chick-fil-A goes above and beyond to create a memorable and delightful experience—highly recommend!

This Chick-fil-A location truly stands out! From the moment I arrived, everything was efficient and well-organized — exactly what you hope for when you're on the go. The restaurant is aesthetically appealing, clean, and welcoming, which made the dining experience even better. The team here delivers exceptional service with speed, accuracy, and genuine friendliness. Overall, this has been the best experience I’ve had at any Chick-fil-A. I’ll definitely be returning!

I bought two chicken meals and Mac& chz ,the mac& cheese smells so bad and the taste was off it seems they used an old expired cheese, I spoke with the manager and he gave a phone number to call to get a refund for the mac& chz, I was shocked by his response and attitude. I was frustrated because my daughter took two bites and immediately noticed the weird taste ,I wasn't complaining to get my money back. It's the worst experience I have ever had.I don't recommend this location. Teach your employees to be cautious and professional when dealing with complaints, the manager didn't even apologize for their expired food.

Visiting from Washington. First time having Chick-fil-A in California. Interesting that the taste was slightly different, especially the Mac and cheese, and somehow better. Perhaps that's simply a regional supply chain subtlety. No matter because bottom line is we got the fans Chick-fil-A quality and experience we always expect.
