Got food with friends last week and had a bug in my food, tried calling the store many times to get this resolved but they turned the phone off or something cuz it was going straight to voicemail, my friend left a voicemail the same night and still no response to this, poor customer service on their end, it should not take a full week to get an issue resolved smh

So unfortunately I have to change my review because even though the service and staff are great the food has been terrible lately. There so worried about getting you your food as fast as possible your getting pre made food that’s sitting in the window that half the time tastes old and gross. I’d rather wait 5 minutes and get fresh meal that doesn’t literally make me sick to my stomach.

I’ve never had chick fil a be like this but I did an online order for drive thru pick up and as usually they were quick and I was on my way back to work. I got back to work and noticed they gave me my frosted coffee without any sort of straw or spoon and my nugget/fry meal with no sauces even though my receipt even on the bag says the sauces I inputed. Anyways I was bummed that I didn’t get the sauce that makes the meal for me and am still tryna figure out how to drink this frosted drink 😂 so wanted to let other people know to check their order before driving away….

I’ve gone to this location for years and the last couple times the service has been a joke. New management? Ordered on the app and at the drive through I always ask for 2 ketchups since you can’t order more than two sauces.. 11.17.25 - no sauce even after I asked for more at the speaker, no granola, no spoon for my yogurt and no napkins. I was at work so I couldn’t just turn around to get my missing items. 11.28.25 - no sauce and asked for more at the speaker, no spoon, no napkins and my peppermint coffee wasn’t even mixed so it sat at the bottom of the cup and it’s a clear cup so clear to see. I luckily looked in my bag before leaving the line because of my last visit was missing items and told them I needed a spoon and sauces. When I mixed my drink my straw broke so it was useless afte

The food is always perfect, the staff are so kind, efficient and always get every sauce, ordered item in our order to go. Although this considered fast food, the environment is often that if a higher end restaurant due to the service and consistent quality food service 👌 thank you very much!
