(Behalf on me, friends, and family that go here) Area is not bad just overall strategic ways to get our orders in a timely manner changes every week. Kiosk during lunch time varies when and how you will get your order. Employees work very hard but they can't put their frustration out on people when they just want something or a mistake fixed. Mostly referring to the people that haven't done or say anything wrong. Some days some employees are awesome while some days some act irritant towards some friends and other family members. Most of these experiences kinda match up with other people I know. Food quality changes sporadically some days the food is well cooked while some is just straight undercooked. I have not encountered a Chic-fil-A that had such horrible attitude employees. Chic-Fil-a has a reputation which makes them successful. And this location lacks it tremendously. It was Here at Duke University Hospital on Dec. 22nd at 2:45-2:50pm. The 2 young ladies that were handing food out and drinks were blatantly showing how they did not want to assist anyone. Everyone knew y’all were closing at 3pm. Some of your guests are here because their families don’t have long. Some are here because of a life saving operation, some are here to help those in need. Whatever the case, your ugliness towards the customers was appalling. These are probably the most NOT my pleasure Chick fil A employees ever. So common sense is to have condiments, utensils or straws for customers to have access to correct? They’ll literally hoard them behind the counter and then roll their eyes when you ask for any of it. Fries for most ppl equals ketchup. Salad equals COLD dressing and a fork. Drink…straw. Nuggets…sauce.

The workers are very rude to their customers i go almost there but they treat customers very nasty and the food is always undercooked and burnt plus very salty i wasnt given my drink with my order and the coworker said she can read the items on the screen very hateful employee. I will not waste my money there in the new year. I realize they get busy but not worth treating a loyal customer with such hateful words and disgusting attitudes towards me is not tolerated in any fast food or because o the holidays or lunch rush holidays plus the lady behind me was served before mine that is just wrong after i waited the same amount of time. Do better!!!!!!!!!

Today is Veterans Day and I stopped in to get lunch. I asked the young lady at the register what promotion are they doing for Veterans today. She said to me NOTHING!!! I responded back nothing???? No chicken sandwich no drink or fries??? She said again NOTHING!!!! needless to say I was in line with other Veterans and we all looked disappointed and shocked. Duke medical hospital in Durham NC was not honoring it's Veterans on Veterans Day. Very disappointing 😞
