Chick-fil-A

This is the most pleasant Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I absolutely love the bible verse highlighting.. I didn't realized I was supposed to sign my name until I re-watched my video, I was so excited!🥹💕🙌🏼 The staff was great!!!! I will definitely visit again traveling through Ruston! Thanks to the guy who suggested the coffee! It was so good! The establishment was also clean and well stocked!

Service was absolutely excellent! They kept coming back to check on us as we ate as if we were at a more formal restaurant, I was absolutely impressed. Definitely would return.

I came here on the morning of 10/13/25 and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. I arrived at 10 AM and found the line wrapped around the parking lot in both lanes. There were no staff members outside taking orders, which made the process even slower. After waiting 15 minutes without moving much, I decided to place my order through the mobile app. It took another 15 minutes just to get to the drive-thru speaker—so 30 minutes total. I got to the speaker right at 10:30 AM and was told breakfast was no longer available, even though I had placed my order via the app before the cutoff. The employee at the window was kind and explained that they only had one fryer, which makes the transition from breakfast to lunch difficult. Watched people come in and just talked to each other like they were next door neighbors, so friendly. I watch a handicap worker hired there that was blind. Totally impressed by this young man. Did a great job and communicated with others that were dining there. Chick-fil-A. Hats off to you and what you do for communities you represent!

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat while traveling through town on a work trip. The food was as you would expect from Chick-fil-a and the service was as well. It was busy but things moved along efficiently and I was waiting long for my food.
