⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 8/9/2025 Stopped at this Chick-fil-A location while heading north, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—our breakfast sandwiches were perfectly made, the hash browns were crispy, and the orange juice was refreshing. The restaurant was very clean, including the dining area, play area, and restrooms, which is always appreciated. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality really stood out and added to the overall experience. While it’s a bit far from where we live, we’ll definitely make this a go-to stop whenever we’re traveling through the area again. Highly recommend this location for great food, cleanliness, and outstanding service.

Fast and delicious food! Excellent customer service (as always)! And a beautiful and lovely atmosphere, the flowers in the vases at the tables are such a sweet touch. They really brighten everything up and bring a smile! 😊

The girl who took my order today at the drive-thru got it wrong. I asked for a spicy sandwich with pepper jack cheese, and she gave me a regular sandwich with American cheese. She clearly didn't hear me at all; she was distracted because she had just been talking to another employee. She speaks very fast, and her line wasn't even busy. That's why I don't buy fast food—she even got my name wrong, but that doesn't matter. I didn't want to go back to complain because they had already changed the cheese, but they gave me a sandwich I didn't order. Bad experience this time. 2/17/2026

I was here at a strange time between shifts (about 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday); even so, my nuggets were great, the place was clean especially considering it was a busy day and a lovely employee (glasses, female, really long hair in a braid) offered to go up and get me a (free) refill. Nice cashier, too. Since it was Saturday, the place was still humming but by no means mobbed. I paid $7.77 🎰 just for 8 nuggets and a small soda, but that’s how things are right now.

Taegen at Chick-fil-A consistently provides exceptional customer service. He is always incredibly accommodating, attentive, and professional, and he goes out of his way to make sure everything is handled smoothly. Every interaction with him is pleasant—he is genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming, which truly makes a difference. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and sincerely cares about customers. Service like his reflects very positively on the entire Chick-fil-A team. Taegen is an absolute asset to this location, and experiences like this are exactly why we continue coming back.
