Chick-fil-A

I ordered through the drive through on Monday at about 12:30pm. My order invoice was correct, but when I got home I discovered I was missing 2 medium fries. My advice is check your order items received before you pull out as I should have.

Just left the drive thru. I was missing a dressing in the bag and I asked for a Coke no ice and the ice was packed to the top. I called the number to the store location to speak to a manager and every time it hung up on me. Really disappointing. I thought Chick-fil-A was one of the reliable drive thru’s. Guess not at the Roswell location. New update. 9/24/25 I just went through the drive thru again and the service was very disappointing. I asked for a large Coke Zero no ice and it was packed to the top with ice. Also, they forgot to put 2 sides of pickles in the bag. This time I was a little smarter and checked the bag before leaving the drive thru which I highly recommend everyone do. I truly don’t want to give a bad review, but after months of hoping it was just a management change/new employee training it is still some of the worst service (in kindness and in efficiency) I’ve experienced at a CFA. This used to be the most efficient location around and I’d go out of my way to stop by because I knew it would be fast and the food would be fresh, now I will intentionally go out of my way to other locations because even during “slow” times I’m easily waiting 10–15 min in the drive thru, the employees are rude, and the management doesn’t seem to care about the obvious and drastic decline. When my order is right, the food has been good, but I could drive 15 min down the road and be in and out of the drive thru in less than 5 min even during a rush. Hope some improvement star

Ever since this Chick-fil-A got new owners it’s gone downhill. I ordered a Cobb salad with no bacon and no grape tomatoes. The salad came with bacon. I don’t eat bacon due to religious reasons. And this is not the first time I have gotten bacon on my salad after the label states no bacon. I checked the box before I left the location to make sure there was no bacon and I couldn’t see any. Once I got home, I saw that there was bacon hiding under the chicken. I drove back to the location to show them the salad, they told me to pull around and wait by the window with my hazards on and the manager would come out. I waited 15 minutes and eventually an employee came out and asked me what I was waiting for. The manager was never communicated with, and it took 20 minutes for me to get a new salad w

Edited 3/25/25: VERY BUSY!!! Long drive thru line! 😩 5 stars!!! ✨🤩✨ LOVE this location. Everyone all of the staff are incredibly sweet & friendly to my daughter. ❤️👧🏻❤️ Even though there’s no playground we like coming here because then my daughter will actually eat her food. 🙌🏻 She loves the fried chicken nuggets kids meal & ice cream cone. And I love that kale salad with grilled chicken nuggets & buffalo sauce. Healthy and delicious food - thanks! 😋 Also, it’s always very clean here, which we really appreciate! 😃
