Chick-fil-A

They didn’t pay any attention to my order. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich delux with bacon and no tomatoes or lettuce. I got tomatoes and lettuce and got charged for bacon I didn’t even receive. The associate that took the order out to me in curbside asked me “why I didn’t pull into a spot closer?” Like I needed to for him to walk a few extra steps. This store is ridiculous and I remember why I don’t bother coming anymore.

I visit Chick-fil more than once a week. Not sure why today they thought it was ok to fill my breakfast bowl up only 1/4 the way. It charge full price.

My son placed a mobile order for Chick-n-Minis during breakfast hours (before 10:30 a.m.). When he arrived, he was told they did not have any available. I called the restaurant and spoke with Brittany, who apologized and said they were making more. When my son returned, Anna confronted the two young African American college students with an unnecessary attitude and accused them of being aggressive, which was not true. When I called back to address the situation, Anna yelled and hung up on me. I called again and spoke with Brittany, who then refused to provide the corporate phone number so I could file a complaint. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers should be treated fairly and with respect.

What a horrible experience… we are regulars and go to chickfla all the time… but I will not return to this location.. They forgot my drink so I had to drive back… then I realized they also forgot my salad. So apology or anything. Once I finally got my salad it wasn’t even edible because of how much dressing was on it… I’m so disappointed

Service was amazing. My spicy chicken biscuit just fell apart and the chicken was very thin.
