I want to start by saying the customer service at this location is always amazing. The team is sweet, positive, and energetic, and they consistently make the experience feel welcoming. I’m sharing this as feedback for management. Over my last few visits, the salads have not been the same. The lettuce has been brown, the bacon undercooked, and the dressing warm. I did reach out previously and was kindly given a reward for another salad, but unfortunately I had the same experience again. I’m not looking for anything in return. I just wanted to bring awareness to the freshness and overall quality because this location truly excels in customer service and I know the food can match that same level.

Deluxe sandwich and a medium Powerade. I always come to this location and the workers are very attentive but for some reason my sandwich wasn’t hot today.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chick-fil-A (West Belfort, Richmond TX) – 5 Stars This Chick-fil-A location off West Belfort in Richmond continues to deliver exactly what you expect from the brand: fast service, consistent food quality, and friendly staff. Even during busy times, the drive-thru moves quickly and stays well organized. I ordered the spicy chicken combo, and it was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The sandwich had the right amount of heat without being overpowering, and the fries were cooked perfectly. We also picked up a 20-piece chicken nugget, which was great for sharing. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and served hot. What really stands out at this location is the speed of the drive-thru. Orders are taken efficiently, food comes out fast, and the staff keeps everything moving
