I got the kale salad, which I enjoy. 2nd time in a row I ordered the salad and received no fork. The first time I asked if I had one in The bag and she answered 'should be' and kept on walking. Food is good, but may not be worth my time and $.

I cannot stress this enough, this is a very poorly location. Complete and utter chaos and disorganization for the mobile order pick up and drive thru or even in restaurant pick up. Its like they completely threw the organization and instructions that the franchise has in place out the window and yolo it every day. I tried a few times over the year and it has consistently gotten more chaotic disorganized and slower. ( also you will want to be sure to check your order and if it is yours or if it is even all there 😅). Do expect to have to wait a while cause they continually prepare and give out orders out of sync from the drive up or pick up order so you could get your order and then have to wait 20 minutes while they get to a car in-front of you. Out of all the chick fila we have been to - the staff and food here were better than the others. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. The food was hot and fresh. There is a staff member named Yuri who was helping a mom of 4 young kids. He was assisting her in cleaning up and also cleaning up the baby while she was helping her other kids. I have never witnessed that type of service before… Yuri went above and beyond - and then he also went around making sure everyone else had what they needed… I hope Yuri gets acknowledged as well as the rest of the staff who were here today (11/15/25 lunchtime).

Service has deteriorated so badly the past year. Definitely check your entire drive through order every single time and just holdup the line. They have messed up our order several times in the past couple months and they have not returned my calls when I ask if they will deliver the missing food. All those kids in the drive through and I still have to do their job for them. Ridiculous!

Nobody in line to order but yet they tell me to go sit down and someone will take my order. Sat thier for 10 minutes then left. Meanwhile thier is a group of about 10 associates huddled in a group in the drive through.
