Chick-fil-A

This chick Fil-A they are slow they prioritize drive-thru the management is a lady with dark hair with glasses she see the line and she’s not even polite enough to help the only employee on register and walking around not knowingly the customer smh the rest of the start with there phone , talking and not helping customers. There one young girl Training a modern eastern guy so I won’t count her . Normally when you dining in there’s staff going to your table asking if you need something and taking your tray away and refilling your drink , not even once we where a Acknowledge the poor young main the only one in the register was focus on the customer that was in line to order and I was first waiting for refills from my drinks and he had me waiting when I was first waiting not the ones that go

Tried this CFA out, service was fine but fries were disappointing. Whatever, happens sometimes, so I went inside to get topped off. Manager took the container and gave me a new one that was pretty much the same. Again, it doesn't have to be a fry fountain, but it is a little disappointing when I can put my large fry into a medium container with no issues. To be fair to other sites, people have been great at handling this at different locations.

Always delicious and quick with a friendly service. Even our dog felt very special today driving through getting a treat and a bandana.

Just a little disappointed. Came through the drive thru during the evening and briefly saw a manager in a button up bag my order. After I got home I found that I had the wrong dressings as well as missing utensils and condiments. I would hope a manager would be the one to set example for those around them and attempt to deliver an order accurately.

I stopped there this morning to get breakfast and got in a line. I sat there for good five or 10 minutes before the person even came over and said I can’t take your order in this line. It’s a mobile app drive-through so if I was you, I would watch what line I get into or just do not go to this Chick-fil-A. I would go to the one in Wake Forest where they have a bigger line and they will take your order, no matter what I will never show myself or spend money at. This Chick-fil-A ever again
