Chick-fil-A

Food is good as other chick fil an and atmosphere was good too. Service was not up to the par compared to other chick fil a. Especially I have to wait 10 mins for food to arrive and typically in other chick fil a, I get the food as soon as I find the table. It was not crowded and plenty of parking available

There is a girl that works at Chick-fil-A in Purcellville named Kendall Macmillin. Safe to say this is the best service I have ever had. I am now a loyal customer to Chick-fil-A, thanks to Kendall. She is under compensated for the work she doing to help the town of Purcellville thrive! She not only needs a raise, she needs a promotion! AMAZING WORK 💕

I have never been so ticked off with a place in my life. I have had multiple problems. They never seem to get my order right I understand that I am only wanting eggs and grilled chicken in my bowl and that’s not technically on the menu however they do have a chicken bowl or on the menu. I’m not sure how hard it is for me to say I only want eggs and grilled chicken with extra grilled chicken but no, they put cheese in it. No extra chicken or I get hashbrowns sometimes with no extra chicken and no cheese. They can never seem to get it right. I’ve called multiple times they do nothing about it. For instance today I went and I said I want just a bowl with scrambled eggs, grilled chicken extra grilled chicken so very simple I put it and I get scrambled eggs cheese chicken with no extra chicken

It's Chic fil a. Always the same consistency every where I go. The downside to this specific location is that it's in an extremely busy area. Most times of the day, you're in the line for a minimum of 30-35 minutes. Don't go on a lunch break it it's short. Overall it'll be your standard experience at a Chic. Decent food, polite people, and standard chic customer service.

First time I ever had a rude cashier at the drive thru pickup. Saturday morning 3/7/26. Her hair was thin dreads. Probably one of the worst chick fil a’s in the region. REGULAR 20-minute drive thru lines. And because of the design, once you get in there, you’re trapped, no matter what.
