When customers come in, they first make eye contact, smile, strive to see the customer return a smile, and then ask how their day is going. They take orders politely and patiently. They use teamwork to serve in just a few minutes; they understand each other without talking. They make sure the customers are satisfied; by asking questions and making a friendly atmosphere. They care about the customer getting what they want. Ordered threw door dash got my order 12 piece chicken nugget with no sauce wich I ordered sauce paid 23 $ for 12 nuggets no sauce why???????? Then I call the store talk to Levi the store supervisor tell him I'm frustrated paid for a service I didn't get he processed to tell me he can't give me my money back but he can give me my order soo I said okay I'd like fresh nuggets and sauce I'm happy he hands me my order way more then I ordered got every sauce in the store times 10 if not more this was rude and disgusting I paid for a service I have 8 and half years as a csr and I'd never treat some one like this not to mentions a customer tried to fight me outside cuz I said he'll never again will I step foot in a chic Fila

I once went here with my dog and they were kind enough to let him in the kitchen! He was so happy! Thank you so much for your amazing service and amazing chicken nuggies!

This place is always busy, the fact that in the summer they have misting fans in the drive thru is awesome! My daughter loves the deluxe Chicken sandwich as do I, great service every time.
