Excellent service and great food! Every time I stop by the Chick-fil-A in Plano, the staff is friendly, fast, and professional. The restaurant is always spotless, and the food comes out fresh and hot — exactly how you want it. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of, and it really shows. Definitely one of the best Chick-fil-A locations around!

I feel it's a sin to leave Chick-fil-A anything less than a five-star review. The food is good. The staff was oddly unpleasant. They acted like they all needed a hug, but that would be awkward since they’re working in the kitchen. The directctor taking orders was genuinely the most unpleasant Chick-fil-A employee I’ve ever encountered in years of going. That made me sad. Best wishes and a happier tomorrow.

13 MINUTES!!! This DT is for real the SLOWEST Chickfila DT I’ve ever been to and it’s not just this one time it’s every time and always at night! People playing around at the window, paying more attention to each other than the customer. If you don’t believe me here’s a picture of their screen on ALL RED because they’re so damn slow and don’t care.
