Chick-fil-A

Always the drive-thru for me, and as usual, it runs like a well-oiled machine. Two lanes, multiple places to order, extra staff when it’s busy—common sense stuff that somehow only Chick-fil-A seems to figure out. Manager’s usually out there too, actually paying attention and making sure things keep moving. Fast food joints could take a lesson here. Food’s consistent, hot, and the order’s right. No attitude, no chaos, just good service done right

That is my favorite fast food. And the service and the team is working so hard. It’s definitely the most welcoming and highest quality customer service I had experienced even when they ask you to wait a bit longer. Highly recommend and I admire the young team trying their best. Thank you

We repeatedly order large two-family orders for take out and repeatedly are shorted something. It’s becoming a joke as to who won’t eat today. Please double check your orders as it is simply unacceptable to continually short us. Granted we can get a credit BUT I’m so frustrated as my meal was forgotten today. The food is tasty? The service friendly but please count the items!!!

CfA as a rule is usually awfully nice. But this location is a step above. Clean. Courteous. Friendly. And the food was great too. I tried the Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap at the midway point of my first marathon and it fueled me all the way home. Highly recommend the fine people at CfA of Pewaukee. They’re worthy of your patronage for sure.

If you enjoy sitting in an igloo, this might be the place for you 😅 The lobby was really cold. That said, the food was actually really good. It did take a bit longer because of the dinner rush, but it was worth the wait. Aside from the cold lobby, it was a good experience overall.
