Worst Chick-fil-a I’ve been to by far. Grubhub said 18 minute wait and 30 minutes later still didn’t have my order and had to leave to get to my next class. Workers don’t have any sense of urgency to get the food out fast.

The workers suck, they don’t do their job at all the food is not as good as chick fil a anywhere else and you have to wait 45 mins to get food even if there’s no line

This is the Chick-fil-A outlet inside the student union. It is a very efficient chain with both kiosk ordering as well as cashier ordering. Their spicy deluxe sandwiches are really good.

I’ve been a student at MSU since 2021, and the campus chick-fil-a has been literally horrific to order from the entire time I’ve been here. I ordered through grubhub today to try and beat the line and was quoted a wait time of 10 minutes. I did not receive my order until over 20 minutes after placing it, even with ordering ahead. Unless you have nowhere to be, I would never recommend ordering at this chick-fil-a due to the probability that you will not receive your order anywhere close to the reported time. This location needs to be expanded in some way in order to meet the needs of the student body on a campus with incredibly limited dining options, or the wait times need to be workshopped in order to provide a more accurate quote.

I ordered my breakfast and it wasn’t ready for 50+ minutes.
