We ordered with Chick-Fil-A not just because the food is great but because Inna has been wonderful with helping us every time. All the food was delicious and on time. Inna goes over and above every time we order and one of the biggest reasons we keep going back. She is helpful, considerate and on time every time. We are so happy to be able to work with her.

I went to get some breakfast at 7 am this morning. It took 3-5 minutes for anybody to acknowledge me in the drive thru and once I was acknowledged I was met with a nasty attitude. The worker read back my order as a Large drink, I had asked for no ice so I said “Yes just with no ice please.” She got an attitude and just said yeah. When she gave me my food she didn’t say anything to me just handed my food she didn’t check the back or reread the receipt to me. I know chick-fil-a has high standards of service and I was very surprised and disappointed. I never write reviews but this was very disappointing to me. The workers name was Kiarah. I’m not sure if she was new, but some feedback is needed.

I stopped here while on a road trip specifically because Chick-fil-A is normally very fast. This had to have been my slowest experience ever at a Chick-fil-A. I ordered my meal very quickly, but it was a long time before they brought it. Then I went to get a refill and order ice cream and had to wait forever to place that order. It was not a fast stop at all.
