Chick-fil-A

This is without a doubt the worst run chic fil a in the country. I keep coming here hoping they will get more efficient but it doesn’t happen. They won’t open both drive through lanes. They won’t use the mobile ordering app. Plan on spending 25 minutes in the drive thru.

Stopped here on my trip down to Florida as well as on the way back! The chicken here is superior!!! Super crispy and great flavor! The service was awesome as well!! One of the best Chickfala’s I’ve been to!! Keep it up!

There was so many people inside. The poor cashiers taking orders were doing the best they could. It's flu season and people are packed inside so close to each other. The food was good though. We got ours to go.

Ordered a large drink with my meal. I repeated large drink and fries to the girl taking the orders IN person. At the window was handed a medium drink. My husband said we ordered a large. They asked what our ticket said, we saw she had wrung it up incorrectly. Instead of giving me a whole large which is WHAT I ordered, she (the manager) handed my husband a “small to make a large.” Fries were cold. Honey Dijon sucked. Pretzel chicken sandwich was subpar. McDonald’s has better food and customer service than you. Dueces.

This location has some major issues with getting an order correct. The last two trips through the drive-thru had a combination of my order being incorrect and both times items were missing. Seeing as home is 25 mins away, this is really an inconvenience that has become frustrating. I’ve had them read back the order to me so I know that’s correct. And I know they have the name right. Upon arriving home and looking at the receipt, I was certainly charged for the items I ordered. That always seems the case no matter where you go. When was the last time you were undercharged? LOL! I think I will avoid going back until management performs some better training/re-training. The line moves much slower than it used to. Employee turnover perhaps?
