I really enjoy this Chick-fil-A. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it and everything right with it. It's amazing. To be honest, I haven’t been to Chick-fil-A except maybe four or five times. It's not that I avoided this franchise, I just never went back after my last breakup because my ex is shaped exactly like a chicken nugget and her sister is indistinguishable from a chicken tender. As a black man, and a connoisseur of chicken, I needed a bit of distance and time to respect this monument of human innovation. But now that I'm back? I am completely abandoning the likes of KFC and Popeyes. It's just absolutely despicable in comparison. I can't believe I’d even waste my time and money at such low-brow, low-end establishments. We visited the new Chick-fil-A at Capital Mall and absolutely loved the experience. The atmosphere was so joyful—employees were happy, upbeat, and working together seamlessly. You could really feel the positive energy the moment you walked in. One of our favorite touches was the fresh flowers on every table. Such a small detail, but it went a long way in creating a warm, welcoming ambiance especially for a place where you usually just grab a quick bite. The food was great as always, and we especially loved the fruit parfait it was creamy, fresh, and delicious. If you haven’t checked out the Capital Mall Chick-fil-A yet, it’s definitely worth a visit!

We went inside for a quick bite. When I say this is the cleanest fast food place I have ever been in I mean it. Even the bathrooms were clean and had big stalls. Our cashier was really nice, food came out fast and was delicious. We will DEFINITELY be back to this location.

Ordered the club meal chicken sandwich with bacon , cheese and tomato. My mom Ordered the regular chicken and I guess pickle. Hers was nice and warm. Mine was cold cheese wasn't even melted at all. Chicken was also cold. I would of expected much more from a place people wait in line for. I dont get it at all . Also being a new location. While waiting for my mom to finsih eating her nice hot sandwich. I noticed all the sandwiches sitting pre-made under a warmer. Now I know what happened. So if u want to maks sure u get fresh. Order a grill.

Service and food was excellent. "David" took my order, he is a young kid but was professional and very respectful. The service industry as a whole has gone down the drain since covid but some companys still do it right! Thank you. I wish there was a better way to let Chick fil a know when they have an employee that stands out but I couldn't find another way.
