I stepped into the building hesitant and Angie’s presence made me feel right at home. Her professionalism and courteousness was so endearing and embracing. I saw happiness on her crew’s faces, so it makes sense as to why people would want to work hard for her. She was understanding & considerate, heard me out & accommodated for my original discomfort. Really appreciated her customer service & would def come back again

The staff here is so kind. This was my first outing with my 3rd baby and toddler. They helped me out so much I want to give them a huge thank you. They got me a refill, helped bring things to my table, helped clear my table, even helped with the doors and gave my toddler a toy to help him with a distraction. I so appreciate the extra effort.

I’ve been to the location 3 times since moving here from Denver. The food is great as always, but service seems slow compared to what I experienced at all of the Denver area locations. There is no “mobile-thru” option for speedier service for ordering ahead, so you’re forced into the drive through line. The line moves very slowly. I always place my order 15 minutes before arriving, wait about 15 minutes in the drive thru line, and each time my order hasn’t been ready and the employee has walked other sacks of food with complete orders back to cars behind me. I have a simple two sandwiches and two fries, not a large order, so I’m always baffled at the speed. Quality of food is great! Would love to see this location to something to be more attractive to app users/for loyalty as it currently

It was extremely busy when we came in. We had to wait for people to get up as there were people done eating and cleared their table of trash but sitting and talking. I totally understand wanting to have a conversation but it was way too busy to be sitting and taking up a table. My cousin ordered her food to go since there wasn’t tables but I wasn’t asked if I wanted it to go. They just marked mine as to go too since I was with the person in front of me. Hard to get into the parking lot when it’s wrapped around the building and hard to get it out if you park in the side by the drive thru window. Definitely need to do some re configuring with the drive thru line and getting into the parking lot.

Extremely disappointing experience. We ordered at the counter at 10:27 AM and waited 20 minutes without receiving our food. When we asked a cashier if our order was still being worked on, she simply told us to hold on and went back to helping other customers. After another 10 minutes, we asked a different employee, who brought over a woman I believe was the manager named Angie. I had scanned my Chick-fil-A app for points when ordering, so I showed her the transaction on my phone since no paper receipt was given at the counter. Angie insisted that we ordered online and told us that because breakfast ends at 10:30, we would not be able to get our food, even though the order time clearly showed 10:27 AM.
