Chick-fil-A

The new mac and cheese was nasty and had a burnt cheese on it. The chicken strips were supper small. Compare my strips to the ones they advertise. They forgot a sauce i ordered. The guy calling out orders was too quiet, so nobody knew when it was ready. Also, I had a 40-minute wait last time I ordered. Disappointed.

Excellent food. My first time having Chick-fil-A and I was not disappointed. Very good food, but being in a university, it was a bit crowded in line. Also a bit pricey, but what isn't nowadays? The dining area was very nice with no distractions as everyone else were students doing their own thing. The drink station has a very unique Mt Dew - which i am always interested in - but they were out of it on this particular day.

Wow just wow service was great they we friendly, fast ,and on top of it . The lines were long but i was in and out in 15 mins . The food was great you can see how well the owners trained there Employee best Customer Service i have had around mattoon in a long while .

They always get it right! Fast, friendly service, hot, tasty food, immaculate dining room and a crazy efficient drive-thru system! Oh, and the lemonade!! Chick-fil-A is my standard for what a fast-food experience should be.

We came here after a dance competition. All workers were rude. The first guy was a 14-15 year old and was so rude but his IPad died. Another lady came and was so mean too. We finally got to the counter and the guy inside was just okay. Food was amazing as always. I just genuinely wish there was better costumer service. When i go to Chick-fil-A they are so kind. all i ask is for better service to costumers.
