We went through the Drive-thru and ordered a #2 chicken sandwich Spicy Deluxe plus a fruit cup. They came out to take our order and we were able to pay and pick up our order smoothly. The staff was courteous and helpful.

I ordered catering for a local hospital and unfortunately was sick when it was time for me to pick it up, they went above and beyond coordinating to make sure we got our food and provided incredible customer service! So grateful for this location and wonderful manager!

This is the worst Chick Fil A in Philadelphia. they took my order i waited for 20 min they didn’t gave my food.even i showed them my receipt they even don’t know the food is ready or not. After 5 min she give me the food on fries there was very extra salt and i ordered grilled chicken sandwich. it was cold and without veggie. very weak service.they didn’t give my drink also.

Not sure who operates this chick fil a but they need to get it together. Make sure the salads are fresh and throw out the ones full of brown lettuce. Make sure the food is hot, this location has been a disappointment more than once.

While my visits have typically earned a five-star rating, this most recent visit unfortunately resulted in a negative service experience. In short, after placing my order at the counter I was given a number to wait for my meat to be brought over ,as usual. Unfortunately, my wait time was approximately twenty minutes. While the store wasn't particularly busy, I observed a significant amount of conversation among the staff, which seemed to detract from their focus on customer service. When I went to the counter to inquire about my order, the young lady looked at my recipe and gave it to another fire and said she would make my order. No apologies. I didn't want to take a chance and wait at my table for my food. I finally was handed a bag of food in a dismissive way by the one of the young l
