Chick-fil-A

I ordered a mobile order that required me to go in to pick up. As soon as I opened the door, the workers knew my name 😆! They knew I was there for carry out! They directed me where to find the carry out order and wished me a nice day! The waffle fries are top tier and the grilled chicken sandwich was good too! Great place and will definitely be back if I’m the area again!

A big shout out to Chick-fil-A North Haven for catering our event on Saturday, September 13. We catered our breakfast with Chick-fil-A and it was very well received by everyone. We ordered bacon and sausage, biscuit sandwich, sandwiches, yogurt parfaits, orange juice. Everything was amazing, but the yogurt parfaits were a smash! The entire process was seamless, from ordering to communication with David and the manager, to the pick up. The order was ready right on time at 7:30 AM. I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A since I moved to New Haven and I can tell you I absolutely love it. I’m always greeted with a smile by everybody who works there even in the drive-through whether it’s rain, snow or shine.. love you chick fil A North Haven 💕

OK, pros and cons, this is my second visit to a Chick-fil-A restaurant. The pros , First of all the restaurant here in North Haven is absolutely spotless super clean modern and very inviting. The staff, super friendly accommodating, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The cons, Chick-fil-A chicken products are extremely salty, this is my first reaction at the first visit I had and I’ve tried fried versus grilled options and it doesn’t make a difference. I guess it’s all about how they brine and season their chicken. If you have a high blood pressure problem steer clear. Second of all the price I ordered an English muffin egg white breakfast sandwich that had a small piece of chicken on it, a fruit cup, and an apple juice box, $14! Totally ridiculous. I have visited this Chick fil A a couple of times and each time has been a disappointment. The service has been absolutely horrible, I have not had one pleasant experience here with any of the workers. The employees are rude and act like they would rather be doing anything than working there. The laziness is shocking aswell as it took me about 35 minutes to get 2 items.
