Chick-fil-A

I've been to numerous Chick-fil-A's in Ohio and other states. I went twice to this one - the day after opening and then a week after opening. I think it's going to take the new employees a while to understand the restauranta mission and that customers who are huge fans of the chains expect a certain level of professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. The fries were overdone when we went the day after opening. The sweet tea was majorly lacking sweetness and they were skimpy on the ice so it was fairly warm. I always order dine in on the app and it took 15 minutes to get our food. One week after opening, an older female employee seemed irritated when she brought our food. Immediately I noticed we were given the wrong sauces for our jalapeno Ranch club sandwiches and we were missing our r

Do not use the mobile thru lane…what a joke…I finished eating my meal while waiting for the cars in front of me to get their food and move out of the lane. Maybe have people pull into a parking spot to wait for food??

Extremely disappointed. It was really unorganized. Food was messed up. When we went to let them know we had to wait an additional 15 mins and that was messed up. I know it’s new but we won’t be returning.

Picked up catering order this morning and they went above and beyond and order was perfect!! All employees were super helpful--even loaded my car for me!

Super unorganized and inefficient. Folks got their food while being behind a million other cars still waiting on their orders. Not to mention the drive-thru itself is almost as much of a mess as the entrance to it. The chicken nuggets were good, but I don’t think they were worth the excruciating wait and the painful maneuvering of the miniature mobile order line.
