Chick-fil-A

This location is a mess - the kiosks were nice at first, but they aren't updated to reflect changes in store inventory. You only find out certain items are no longer available AFTER purchasing. And no one at this location can issue a refund apparently. They add way too much sugar to the sweet tea and the food tastes like old oil. Very frustrating and a waste of money. Just go to the one on North Columbia.

Um, why would you put paper in the cone? It's all we ordered, and I've never experienced this in any location but this one. What else do you do to the food?

All I ordered was a market salad with a spicy filet instead of the cold chicken and a large lemonade. I have ordered this exact order MANY times at many different chick-fil-as. I will say maybe this one had a modified menu since it’s a campus location and I was unaware of that. All of the workers were a bit confused so I felt bad, but for the most part everyone was really helpful and patient with my order. I ended up walking away with the wrong order because I didn’t want to be any more trouble than I already was, and then an employee loudly threatened “if she comes back and tries to order that again tomorrow I’m not serving her”. I didn’t say anything back to her but man it made me mad enough to write a review

Should have went to a real Chic-fil-a. Large fries only half filled. Workers sitting around the dining area talking loud, yelling back to the people in the kitchen. Bottom bun seemed stale, food not hot.

The manager went above and beyond today helping out a daycare that brought a ton of kids. He went around and gave every woman a flower for Valentines day. I was super impressed! Bathrooms were nice and clean and the service was quick!
