Dear Chick-fil-A, I’ve never commented publicly before, but I feel it’s important to share this experience. My fiancé recently ordered a to-go salad from your restaurant, and when He got home, we realized that half of the salad was missing. If it were a delivery order, I might have assumed it was an issue with the driver, but in this case, it clearly happened during preparation. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback for the salad makers — if you’re having a difficult day, please don’t take it out on customers. It’s always better to step away, take a break, or ask for help. I’ve been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for many years, and I even worked for the company in the past. I wanted to take a moment to commend your customer service. The gentleman who took my order was fantastic and made the experience enjoyable. However, I encountered an issue when my order was delivered by the lady who brought me my food, unfortunately, none of the condiments I requested were included in the bag. I often don’t have the time to double-check my order before leaving, and I trust that my requests will be handled accurately. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a more complete experience on my next visit.

I come here all the time as it’s near my job, and my experiences are always great! The employees are nice, and the service is fast and always accurate. Although I don’t always get asked what sauces I’d like, so sometimes the employees get annoyed when I ask at the end instead of while ordering.

Terrible Experience with Manager Maria A. at Chick-fil-A I have always associated Chick-fil-A with great customer service, but my experience at this location completely shattered that. From start to finish, the way the manager handled the situation was unprofessional, rude, and downright unacceptable. I placed an order through the drive-thru, which was taken incorrectly. When I went inside to get it fixed, I was told I would need to pay a $1.31 upcharge for the correction. I explained I had left my wallet and phone in the car, but the employee insisted that “the manager said I had to charge.” When I asked to speak to the manager, Maria A., she came over with an attitude, rolled her eyes, and repeated the same thing—no flexibility, no effort to resolve the mistake in a professional way.

They work remarkably well under pressure and always with a smile and positive attitude. I have a Chik Fil A closer to my house but I prefer to come to this one after work because honestly it’s a pleasant experience every single time. Shout out to Tony Sampayo. The GOAT.
