This place is friendly, fast and efficient in everything they do. always a pleasure when visiting in between home and work (commute a hour for work). Mr. Brett Lewis does an amazing job with communicating specials and letting consumers know how much he appreciates their service.

The owner/operator, Mr. Brett, made it a great experience. Me and my dad ate here while stopping for lunch on a long road trip. Service was great and everyone that worked there was great. Outside seating is nice, especially on a nice day.

I’m extremely disappointed with the Chick-fil-A in McDonough. My order is constantly wrong, and on multiple occasions I’ve been given other customers’ food, which is unacceptable. What made it worse was speaking to a manager about the issue and being told, “maybe you just have bad luck.” That response was dismissive and unprofessional. The staff also shows no sense of urgency orders take too long, mistakes are frequent, and there’s little effort to correct them promptly. Chick-fil-A is known for great service, but this location falls far below that standard. Instead of focus on the essential look and put more effort in making there customer happy maybe this place will get better reviews nobody’s care how this place built like a house stop playing and actually work. Chick-Fil-A has really grown on me, that is why when I saw there was one opening in McDonough, Georgia, I just couldn't wait to go there and so I did, but I am disappointed that it is only a drive-thru place and not one you can easily go inside, not to mention the parking is only for employees, the area looks new and the Chick-Fil-A was opened August 2024. Food: They've recently changed their chicken, and sometimes it tastes like rubber, but in this case it didn't actually taste like that. It tasted pretty good, but it used to be more on my favorites list for fast food, I got a medium fry, spicy deluxe sandwich and Mac and cheese. Along with some sweet tea, too. Something is very wrong, operationally at the Jodeco location. Mobile orders are simply a waste of time and the staff tend to become unraveled when handling them. I always end up waiting longer for a mobile order (with no line), than those who drive-up to place their order onsite (with a line). This final time took the cake. Once again, the mobile order lanes are empty. I drive right up, scan my QR code and pull ahead to the door. There were 2-3 team members inside. One was making drinks (i assumed mine since I was the only car waiting), another was walking around as if they were looking for something and the third person was leaning on the prep counter drinking a beverage. She could've been on break, but I instantly became annoyed, because here I am, sitting, waiting. Long story short,
