Service was great! They were caring above the normal “my pleasure”. :) Establishment was actively being cleaned while business was slower. Overall a wonderful place to sit and eat!

The Pickle wanted some Chicken and I decided Chick-fil-A was the Place. The Chicken did not Disappoint. It was Juicy and Amazing. The Workers was Outstanding. Only Problem I had was the Cashier never said, "My Pleasure." We Laughed as I told her it was my Pleasure to Eat Here. This Pickle will be Back. Oh and paying $2 for 9 Baby Hash Browns is Crazy.

I had ordered 2 spicy biscuits and a coffee the other day. I had two rewards for the biscuits. The total was $2.65. 2 days later I get a motivation that my total was changed to $6.71. That’s a $4.25 difference. I told the manager about it and she was very combative and accused me of lying. I’ll never be back.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent visit to this location and will be sticking to the Candlers Mountain store from now on. I ordered a Mocha Cream Cold Brew, and it wasn't until after I received my drink that I realized they hadn't used the correct base. When I questioned it, I was told they "no longer use shake mix"—which is frustrating since every other local Chick-fil-A I called confirmed they still use it. Looking at my receipt after the fact, I saw they just rang it up as a "Vanilla Iced Coffee, minus vanilla, add chocolate." They essentially sold me a basic iced coffee without clarifying they weren't making the actual cream version. To make matters worse, the food was nearly inedible. Ordered the 30 count nugget family meal for my son and his friends tonight, when we got home we realized it was chicken strips instead of nuggets at this point our food is cold. I called about 10 times with no answer so i just went back to the restaurant and explained what happened and i asked since our food was cold could we get fresh fries, they told us they could only give us the nuggets. I bought the food back up there to them so they could see what they did wrong and still wasn’t accommodated properly. This is unacceptable.
