In terms of fast food standards, it takes length of a full 90 minutes movie time to get your order pickup when your order mobile pickup (15 minutes in front of 3 cars). Their excuse was short staff when they had 5-6 of working in the kitchen. Super slow. You should learn thing or two from Chenal location where I get my food within seconds when I do mobile order.

Lo, as I did approach the window of the drive, there did appear a countenance most kindly and bright of spirit. Though my request did cast but a moment’s shadow of puzzlement upon the good sir, yet with wit and diligence he set my order aright, missing not a single morsel. Soon after, fine fellows of cheerful heart did bear forth my meal, their faces alight with smiles, and they spake with me in merry discourse whilst I did bide my time. And verily, the feast itself was of most excellent savor, warm as a hearth’s embrace and pleasing beyond measure to the tongue

The store used to be my favorite place to eat over the last two years. It has dramatically lost all of its quality. I spent 23 minutes in the drive-through. My fries were cold, and my drink had no ice in it. The atmosphere has lost all of its joy. The people that work here act like they don’t wanna work here anymore.

I work and live roughly about 10 minutes from this location, so it has been very convenient for me. I sat in the drive thru for close to 20 mins. When I got to the pick up in the drive thru, my cup had soda all over it. The person who handed me the drink noticed it, but wiped the soda off with their jacket instead of a napkin…which is unsanitary and did not absorb the soda. I ordered the chicken nugget Cobb salad and received no nuggets on the salad. I had ordered an entree of grilled nuggets with my order. I paid for the chicken nug salad separately from the entree order of grilled nuggets. This was not an add on, but apart of the original recipe. I tried to call to let them know that I was missing the nuggets on my salad but they would not pick up the phone. I came back through the drive

It's been awhile since I've been to this location and am sad to see the service go downhill so drastically. There were a handful of kids working but the service was very slow and the food was completely cold, like it had been sitting for awhile. Then I didn't receive the correct order. Besides that the had there own radio playing their own music by the drive through window.
