Chick-fil-A

When I saw this Chick-fil-A on Thursday night, & I thanked myself. This must be the one from the former central mall, now plaza, and I was right. I was trying to get something last night from inside the building. But unfortunately they were closed at 9PM, so I had to go to the drive through and they helped me very much out for the rest of the night. Their chicken is very delicious along with the fries and their lemonade as well. The employee staff needs a little work on helping the customers, at least they were very helpful for me on that night.

Sat in the drive thru line WITHOUT moving for over 10 minutes. They brought me my food, but I still had to wait in line for 20 minutes because they were backed up. They said they close at 3p, but because they failed to properly shut things down all the orders got mixed up. I LOVE Chick-fil-a and frequent it regularly back home in Texas. Lawton, Ok… do better! Chick-fil-a prides itself on quality service and this was the most disorganized mess I have EVER seen.

I am a doordash driver who travels often for work and generally Lawton is generally one of my least favorite places to dash because the food is never ready, workers have a bad attitude, and if the customers have extra requests staff acts like its a nightmare. HOWEVER, this was my most pleasant dashing experience. The staff was polite and helpful. And the food was quick! Thank you for great service

Just went through your drive through and was served by Colston— he was so kind, genuine, respectful, welcoming and did a great job with my large order. Really enjoyed the interaction, he set a great example for what good customer service/ good people in general look like 🥰

They need to figure out a faster system. Waiting on the single line for 20 minutes for a $5 order is kinda wild to me. Cache road is much faster.
