Chick-fil-A Lavonia

This is another good Chick-fil-A. The food was hot and fresh. The associates were friendly and the food came out quick. The restaurant was clean and I enjoyed sitting down and relaxing while enjoying my chicken sandwich combo.

Great location. Stopped here super early one morning on a road trip - staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was hot, fresh and came to us very fast. Bathrooms and restaurant were also very clean.

Good yet not that good. So many chicken places that it may not be worth the fuss. Kids still like it and the playground is a nice touch

My family loves Chic Fil A! The Mobile Thru option has me perplexed though....if you order ahead, you still wait in the same line as if you ordered at the speaker and you still wait on your food sometimes, so what is the point? The concept sounds great, it just doesn't work.

When trying to order a fruit cup without apples for my 1 yr old, I was told that “they don’t do substitutions” by a supervisor/manager. Being that every chick fil a I’ve visited does this when asked, it was definitely a bit frustrating. I can’t confirm whether the supervisor was intentionally unaccommodating or attempting to cover up their lack of knowledge/training in how to perform the task. Nonetheless, we visited a different chick fil a and got what we needed. (Picture attached) Hopefully, this was an isolated incident and others experience differs for the better.
