Chick-fil-A

The took away curbside orders & never have enough staff anymore. Used to be one of the better Chick-fil-As, but service has gone down hill. Missing items in orders, wrong items in orders, and waiting over 30 minutes after arriving for a pick up order just for them to tell me the bread was still froze and they couldn’t make that item. Management seems like they care, but they aren’t doing enough to fix major ongoing issues. Don’t waste your time or money, go to a different CFA.

It was a busy Saturday morning which I can understand the frustration from the workers, but the lady who was taking my order was super unnecessarily rude and didn’t care to hear what I was trying to say. I had to wait 15 minutes for my food in the parked spot which I was okay with, but they forgot a 4 count mini of mine and completely forgot my sauces and gave me a bunch of honey I didn’t ask for. They need to do better.

Service is always so polite and fast. Even when the line goes around the block I can still get my food faster than other nearby fast-food places. I love their chicken so good and juicy. They have several options and all equally delicious. Sweet tea and macaroni never disappoints. You can never go wrong with a classic sandwich. I am a customer for life.

Don't know what changed but chicken tasted bad, order was incorrect, thank God the tea was still good(unsweetened). For the amount we pay for this food including the long wait this food needs to taste better. Definitely going to stay away for 3 months and give them some time to go back to basics to keep my business. A couple little hints are change your oil at the proper time and go back to the original chicken you were buying. If I am incorrect on the chicken, then stop buying old chicken. Also, stop setting orders incorrectly. I alone have you at 70% incorrect orders. Anyways, see y'all in 3 months.✌️

I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget meal. When I got my chicken nuggets, I realized that there was only nine. Would have been lucky if I ordered an 8 piece. However, that was not the case. I love chicken fa la and it hurt my soul when I counted 8 😭 nobody helped me 😭 I’m leaving a 3 star only because the food was good
