Chick-fil-A Lagniappe Village

2025: Dined at this location while visiting extended family in the area. We are big fans of Chik fil a and this location did not disappoint. They were crowded and had a long line if customers, but the food came out hot and in a reasonable timeframe. The service is always great. Merry Christmas!🎄

Chick-fil-a is my favorite breakfast ever. But today was absolutely unacceptable! My burrito was impossible to eat due to the tortilla, it was hard & gross! - It just fell apart & everything came out! Honestly do better! I’m pretty upset since, like i said) it’s my favorite breakfast!

I’ve tried to use this location for breakfast catering several times and they blow it every time! I even called the night before to confirm the order and the order was read to me. The morning of the event they didn’t have my order. I had to find something else for my company event. Never using this location again!

I grew up in Atlanta with the original dwarf houses , and I've gone to Chick-fil-A two or three times a week for my entire life. I've been in New Iberia for 2 years now and it is the absolute worst branch of Chick-fil-A I've ever eaten at. Slow lines, wrong orders, and low food quality. The friendly service is hit or miss. I don't know how New Iberia is allowed to have a Chick-fil-A branch

Courteous and friendly employees. Nice holiday activity for little kids. I believe they have "craft night" once a week on Tuesdays. Kids decorated Christmas cookies. There's also a play area for the kids.
