The employees at this location are the BEST! We're from South Florida and we're driving through Kerrville, so we decided to stop for lunch. Connor, Kevin, Evelyn and the entire team acted as though they'd known us for years. Texas hospitality is real! Great team!

I recently took my niece to Chick‑fil‑A for the very first time, and she absolutely loved it! We ordered two original chicken sandwiches, and they were hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The chicken was juicy, the bun was soft and buttery, and everything tasted just right. The drive‑thru service was fast and friendly, with staff who made sure our order was correct and packaged neatly. My niece couldn’t stop talking about how good her sandwich was — it’s safe to say she’s now a fan! Overall, it was a wonderful experience: delicious food, excellent service, and a memorable first visit for my niece.

I have no idea what is going on, but the food quality has gone downhill rapidly in the past two months! My past three visits in two months has given me overcooked, old and greasy waffle fries that were unfit to even try to eat at 12:10 lunch! Chicken breast on the sandwich was overcooked, greasy, dry inside and just flat out nasty!!! My photos are from a while back when things were really good, rather than crap 💩 as they are now. Typical inconsistent Kerrville 🙄!!

Food is always tasty and timely. Inside is well kept. Prefer going during the day time due to the fact it’s mostly teenagers on the dinner shift. My wife and I have continuously heard the younger staff talking bad, name calling customers, assuming the guests don’t hear them. Maybe hold the bad mouthing customers til you get in the back. They’re young, i get it, but let’s mature a little.

Amazing staff. Wonderful environment. Super clean and bright. Quick and friendly service!!! Fresh hot food brought straight to our table with a smile! Kerrville Chick-fil-A is the best company in town!
